A New Mexican Drink Concoction

Last night a few friends came order to sample my newest Mexican liquor to celebrate Cinco de Mayo. The bottle came with a small pamphlet of drink mixes to make with the honey and anise flavored liquor, so I looked to that for inspiration. I sort of came up with my own creation that turned out to be really delicious. Here’s my recipe:

  • ~ 1 cup Xtabentún liquor
  • ~ 1.5 cups pineapple juice
  • ~ 1/4 cup of Sprite
  • ~ 1/2 cup of Coconut Cream
  • 1 tray of ice cubes

Combine all ingredients into a blender and mix. Can be topped with a Maraschino Cherry.
